Procedure for Ordering Using PayPal
You can purchase items online directly from us, using PayPal as a payment method. In order to place PayPal orders, you must first sign up for a PayPal account here. Signing up for a PayPal account is free and easy. The procedure for buying online using PayPal is as follows.
- Send us an e-mail regarding the item(s) you are interested in purchasing, along with your complete shipping address and contact information.
- Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an PayPal invoice via e-mail which includes a total, including applicable taxes and shipping, and a link to PayPal for direct payment.
- Once we receive your payment from PayPal, we will ship the item(s) to you. Total payment (including applicable taxes and shipping costs) must be received before orders will be shipped.
Ontario residents must pay both GST and PST. Canadian residents outside of Ontario only pay GST. If you live outside of Canada, you are not required to pay taxes on items.
Procedure for Ordering Online Using Our eBay Store
The procedure for buying online using eBay is as follows:
- Simply browse our eBay store, located online at:
http://stores.ebay.com/Renaissance-Music/
- Contact us via e-mail with your mailing address before you bid for a shipping quote.
- Bid on items (or use the Buy It Now option) to purchase items listed on our store.
- Upon completion of the auction, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm payment.

- Eligibility: In order to shop online at Renaissance Music, you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you hereby represent that you are using the service with the consent of your parent or guardian. If you are a Canadian resident, you must also sign up for a PayPal account.
- International Use: To be eligible for a PayPal account, you must be a resident of the United States or one of the approved countries listed below:

International users will not be able to send money until they have confirmed a debit or credit card with their PayPal account. To become confirmed, an international user must confirm an email address and credit card.
- Information: You agree to provide true, accurate and complete customer information and to maintain and promptly update your PayPal account information as applicable. You agree not to impersonate any person or use a name that you are not authorized to use. Renaissance Music has the right to recover from you any costs or losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Taxes and Shipping Costs: The application of taxes and shipping costs is dependent upon where the order is placed and upon the customer's preferred method of delivery. Therefore these costs are not included in the prices listed on our web site and will be determined after your order has been received.
Once we receive your order and payment from PayPal, one of our team members will be in touch via email to arrange for the delivery of your product(s) based on your choice of shipment. At this point, payment for applicable taxes and shipping costs must be received before orders are shipped.
