To register for the Fall 2009 Term please follow the instructions below:

1. Download the Fall 2009 Registration Form (PDF format). To register in person, skip to step 5. To register by e-mail, continue below.

2. Complete the blank fields in the PDF form. When you have finished filling out the form, save the changes (or save a copy).

3. E-mail the completed PDF file to schoolren@gmail.com. If you have any special requests or instructions please indicate them in your e-mail.

4. We will contact you by phone to confirm your lesson day and time.

5. Payment must be received in full no later than August 31, 2009 to hold your spot in the teacher's schedule. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit card, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you are away and/or unable to come into the store please contact us to arrange payment.
